I can often buy your property cash. If there are no problems with the deed I can get you money in hand in about a week. On bigger purchases bank financing is required, but I am a very well qualified borrower.
I am looking for properties within 20 minutes of ETSU. I have bought properties farther away such as Stone Dr Kingsport and even Erwin. I try to focus on Johnson City, Jonesborough, and Elizabethton.
